FOUNDER, PROFESSIONAL PASTRY CHEF

This naturally has led me to the love of food and the kitchen. Mother nature becoming one of my biggest creative influences. After years of travelling & working in many kitchens I returned back to school in Vancouver to gain accreditation in the pastry program at The North West Culinary Academy.

I am grateful for all of those that I have met along the way that have shared their experience and knowledge with me.

The Flour Pot is my interpretation of these experiences.

When you order from The Flour Pot you are receiving a product from a passionate, qualified pastry chef in a certified commercial kitchen.

I am always proud of the steps taken to create ­­— from the creative concept, to sourcing the ingredients and making everything from scratch. My goal is to be proud of the product and create something which interprets the love I have for the craft I have spent my life immersed in.
